Dr. ​Hüseyin Keskin was born in Istanbul in 1973.

After graduating from Pertevniyal High School, he completed his undergraduate education in the Mathematics Department at Bogazici University. He obtained his master's degree in the Business Administration Department at Marmara University and a Ph.D. in the field of finance.

He has held various responsibilities in many important organizations in the aviation sector and has been involved in significant projects.

He served as the Head of Ground Services at Turkish Airlines (THY) and as the Founding General Manager of TGS (Turkish Ground Services), the largest ground handling company in Turkey. He worked as the Secretary General of IDO (Istanbul Sea Buses). He held various senior positions at TAV Airports.

As the CEO of IGA Airport Operation Inc., he contributed to the Istanbul Airport project.

He has been serving as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of the State Airports Authority (DHMI) since July 2019.

Keskin, who is a Member of the Board at ACI Europe, has also assumed the position of Board Membership at Turkish Airlines Inc. as of July 25, 2023.

Keskin, who is fluent in English, is married and has two children.
