  • ​​Prepare the organisation's annual training plan and programme.
  • Ensure that new employees receive orientation training when joining the organisation.
  • Ensure that trainers receive the necessary training to train.
  • Conduct surveys and observation studies for organised training sessions and submit the results to the Directorate of Aviation Academy.
  • Carry out tasks and procedures related to establishing Training Centres.
  • Monitor and report on the activities of Training Centres.
  • Coordinate domestic and international training requests.
  • Conduct written and oral examinations for promotion or title change and carry out other examination tasks.
  • Carry out work related to Quality Safety Management Systems.
  • Carry out tasks and procedures related to Information Security Management Systems.
  • Carry out DLP (Data Loss/Leakage Prevention) tasks and procedures.
  • Prepare and publish the Training Fee Schedule.
  • Carry out tasks and procedures related to First Aid Training.
  • Carry out tasks and procedures related to Occupational Health and Safety Training.
  • Submit training programmes to the Ministry of National Education's Curriculum and Instruction Board for approval or updating.
  • Establish a team of trainers.
  • Provide opinions on the re-establishment of training centres.
  • Continuously update the TPSS Exam Matrix Module and make it available for use security personnel.
